Purpose: receive, direct and process commercial enquiries, speculative applications, partnership proposals and media enquiries. Contact details are not used for automatic marketing.

Data collected: name, company or organisation, email, optional phone number, enquiry category, type of need and message. The enquiry identifier, receipt date, language, notice version and processing status are also recorded. No CV upload is offered on this website.

Required fields are marked in the form. Processing allows us to respond to your approach and, depending on its nature, take pre-contractual steps at your request or handle the enquiry in our legitimate interest. Your confirmation in the form acknowledges this use.

Recipients: authorised internal staff handling your enquiry and technical providers needed to operate the website and email service. Data is neither sold nor shared for automatic marketing.

Retention: for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, followed by deletion or archiving in accordance with applicable obligations. Enquiries are reviewed and access to archives is restricted. Backups follow a separate rotation schedule.

Anti-abuse protection uses a temporary technical fingerprint of the connection, submission limits and server checks. Cloudflare Turnstile may supplement these checks when enabled; it helps distinguish human visits from automated requests.
